Our classroom training is geared toward the aircraft technician. We structure our curriculum around aircraft related training specifications such as ATA105 and NAS410. We can design a custom training curriculum for your operation based on these specifications or other broader based documents such as the ASNT's TC-1A.
We are a training partner to GE Inspection Technologies, supporting their courses on Phased Array UT, level 1 and 2 eddy current and ultrasonics, and some radiography classes.
Our Mendota Heights, MN facility has two classrooms with a capacity of approximately 30 students.
For those individuals certified under a program requiring periodic recertification (e.g ATA105 or NAS410), or for inspectors who would like (or need) a quick refresher, we offer a multi-method recurrent class. This class will run 5 days (40 hours) and will cover the basics of 5 major NDT methods used in aircraft NDI - eddy current, ultrasonics, fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle, and radiography. The requirements of training specifications ATA105, NAS410, and ASNT TC-1A will be reviewed as well.
We will send NAS410 level 2 certified individuals to your location for inspection specific, hands-on OJT. Nothing will get your inspection personnel up to speed and properly performing the task quicker than an experienced person showing them how it's done. Get credit for OJT hours on your way to the next level of certification.
